Saylee Jain
Co-founder and Director of Design
Saylee Jain, the Co-founder and Director of Design, is a trained Interior Designer from CEPT University, Ahmedabad. During her five-year tenure in Ahmedabad, she immersed herself in various craft techniques, collaborating closely with artisans and working hands-on with different materials. These experiences profoundly enhanced her skills of creation and execution. Saylee's design sensibilities come from a thorough understanding of form, finishes, and functionality in (and of) the habitable spaces. Her passion for design evolves from her deep empathy, love for humans and rootedness to her craft.
Saylee has organized numerous workshops to raise awareness and knowledge in the domain of ‘make by hand.’ Through these efforts, she has not only educated but also inspired many to appreciate the value of handcrafted work. For Saylee, Saynaaz represents an endeavor to amplify this awareness, making 'make by hand' a defining identity for people, and thereby fostering a mindful community. Her vision for Saynaaz is to create a platform where traditional crafts meet contemporary design, encouraging sustainable practices and preserving cultural heritage.
Naman Jain
Co-founder and Director of Operations
Naman Jain, Co-founder and Director of Operations, brings a decade of experience in the hospitality, product, and digital commerce sectors. He has successfully built a venture in the food tech industry, gaining extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and digital technology within the hospitality field. Notably, Naman successfully exited with an acquisition by Dineout and The Times Group for his QR code-based menu ordering solution, which is present in over 5000+ restaurants across India, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in launching a $500 million ed-tech venture into Southeast Asian and Australian markets.
At Saynaaz, Naman aims to revolutionize the home decor space by creating a seamless supply chain that powers the entire ecosystem.
