Refund Policy:

At Saynaaz, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that there may be instances of breakage during shipping or incorrect product dispatch. To address these concerns, we offer the following policy.

Product Breakage in Shipping:

If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product at no additional cost.

Wrong Product Dispatch:

In the event that you receive the wrong product, which does not match your order, please get in touch with our customer support team within2 daysof receiving the item. We will ensure a prompt replacement with the correct product.

Please note that to process a replacement for the above scenarios, we may request photos or other evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.

Cancelation Policy :

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here is our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Within 24 Hours:

If you wish to cancel your order, we accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method given the product is not shipped. If the product is shipped cancelation would not be possible.

The customer needs to raise a cancellation request to the Customer Service at 9013027715 (Monday - Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM) or mail us at care@saynaaz.com.

We will refund the amount by the same mode the customer paid to us except for COD. Refunds may take upto 10 Days to be processed.

In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
